Golf Sense - Roy E Palmer
How do we get into the much talked about "zone" when we are playing golf? Roy Palmer is an Alexander Technique teacher who applies this to golf and explains how it only takes a tiny amount of inappropriate activity in one small muscle to upset your rhythm and fluff the shot.Roy gives you practical tips and simple exercises to help you overcome this".  This book has vastly improved my game! I can highly recommend it.
Beautiful Birth - Suzannes Yates
The long awaited book following Suzanne's highly acclaimed "Shiatsu for Midwives". She brought out this book by popular demand supporting parents in preparation for childbirth.  It is packed with useful information and drawing on her many years' experience of Shiatsu for pregnancy and childbirth.
Molecules of Emotion - Candace Pert
Neuroscientist Candace Pert describes her extraordinary research that proves scientifically that your body is your subconcious mind. This is a "must" read for anyone who wants to get closer to understanding how our emotions are experienced by our whole body. It is a bit heavy going in places, but well worth reading right to the end when Candace reaches some amazing conclusions about the scientific basis for the power of healing touch.
Natural Vision Improvement - Janet Goodrich
Lots of exercises and encouragement to improve your eyesight   - it really does work!
