Neuroscientist Candace Pert describes her extraordinary research that proves scientifically that your body is your subconcious mind. This is a "must" read for anyone who wants to get closer to understanding how our emotions are experienced by our whole body. It is a bit heavy going in places, but well worth reading right to the end when Cadace reaches some amazing conclusions about the scientific basis for the power of healing touch.
Lots of exercises and encouragement to improve your eyesight - it really does work!
