This is the privacy policy of Wendy Francis trading as Ki Connections. The registered Clinic address of Ki Connections is The Old Surgery, Maidford Road, Farthingstone, Northants NN12 8HE. In this document, “I”, “my”, “me”, "we", "our", or "us" refer to Wendy Francis trading as Ki Connections.

This privacy policy sets out how Ki Connections uses and protects any personal data and medical information that you give Ki Connections when you receive a treatment from me and/or use this website.

This policy is effective from 25 May 2018 and is compliant with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Your personal data and information you give me about your health is safe with me. I will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless I have your permission or am required by law to do so.

When you come for your first treatment with me you sign a treatment consent form that includes your name, contact details, date of birth and brief medical details. I keep this form with a brief clinical record of all your treatments in a secure manual filing system on my clinic premises. My insurance company Balens Ltd. requires that I keep your records for seven years following the last treatment. I keep online for my accounts a record of your name and the dates of your treatments and fees you have paid to me. I put your appointments online in our secure online booking system that my IT Partnership Creative Connections Consultancy has developed for Ki Connections. For more details of this see When you book an appointment online...

I basically only use your name and email address and phone numbers to:

  • send you emails regarding appointments
  • occasionally phone you regarding appointments
  • send you online booking confirmations and reminders.

In addition you are given the option to tick the box on the treatment consent form that says you would like to receive emails occasionally. These emails would be health news or information that might be of interest and/or benefit to you. You can change this preference at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” button in the footer of any such emails.
