How frequently do I need to come for an appointment?

It depends – if your condition is urgent and causing you a lot of discomfort I will recommend that you come twice a week for the first month. After that, we may change to weekly, two weekly or monthly until you feel really well again. Often after the initial problem is resolved clients feel that they are deriving so much benefit from the sessions that they book monthly for “maintenance”.

How many sessions will I need?

This depends entirely on what you are coming for.  Generally speaking, the initial session will determine whether it is something that can be dealt with in a few sessions or if a more extended series of treatments are required.   I usually suggest four sessions and then  we can review and see where we want to go from there. There is no obligation after the first session to continue treatment.  Book a session
